Diabeties symptoms - signs of diabetis - diebeties diet

Signs of diabeties symptoms can be very vague, especially the early symptoms of diebeties. As diabetis type 2 is not reversible, it is very important to spot symptoms of dibeties during the pre diabetes stage where it can be prevented.

Diabeties symptoms

Diabeties symptoms are often mis-diagnosed, or not diagnosed at all because several of the signs of diebeties symptoms are seemingly harmless. There are some recent research indicating that if the signs of diabetis symptoms are discovered and treatment of dibeties is done early, there is a lower risk of developing any diabetes complications from dibetis symptoms.

The most common dabeties symptoms are:

If you notice a few of these typical signs of diabetis symptoms and signs of diabeties, you should see your doctor immediately for further diagnose of diebetis symptoms for treatment.

It is also a fact that most people who suffer from signs of diabetis, also have connected other health problems, or risk factors, such as high cholesterol level or blood pressure increasing the risk for stroke or heart disease. When these connected conditions are in combination with diabeties, things are getting much worse. In fact, between 60-70% of people diagnosed with diebeties will die from either stroke or heart disease. When dabeties is present, heart attacks appear to come earlier and with a higher risk of being terminal. It is important to manage the dibetes symptoms correctly, to use a good diabetis diet and dibetis meal plan with dibetic receips based on the aim to keep the blood glucose level reasonably contant, to monitor and control the blood pressure and the cholesterol level (chlosterole).

Pre diabetes symptoms of diabetis signs

Pre diabeties is a state, or condition, where there are no obvious physical symptoms of diabeties seen but you are under predisposition of getting dibetes due to the presence of a number of risk factors such as diabetes running in the family, your age, lifestyle, weight, possibly insulin resistance, smoking etc. In order to detect this condition, a correlation between a blood test and the risk factors is done to evaluate the level of risk. A sign of elevation in the blood sugar level is not alone indicative as a symptom of diebeties, a second test is necessary for confirmation. ive of diabetes but a retest is needed to confirm it.

A disparity between the insulin level and the blood glucose level is initiated by insulin resistance, which is the cause of pre-dabeties. As a result, the patient could develop obesity from dietary causes and an unhealthy lifestyle. The condition of pre-dibetis can be reversed by losing weight and by changing to a healthy dibetic diet and by being more active. If the condition is not treated in any way, it may eventually lead to the development of type-2 dabeties, a condition that cannot be treated (cured) but only managed and this could mean daily injections of insulin for keeping a constant and normal blood glucose level.

Dibeties and insulin resistance

Typical symptoms of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes are close to the ones seen in dibetis but maybe to a lesser degree compared to people who are fully diagnosed with diabetes. Pre diabetes symptoms follow mainly from obesity with the first symptoms showing being those of increased need for urination due to the body trying to flush the cells with water in order to lower the blood glucose levels. From this follows an increased thirst because of the dehydration that results. Because the cells cannot use the glucose properly, there will also be a general fatigue and tiredness from the lack of energy supplied. The eyesight problem of blurry vision is due to the water from the lens going outward, which deforms the lens and makes it difficult to keep focus. There are also frequently yeast infections and other genital infections resulting from the skin becoming dryer from the higher level of blood glucose.

In some cases of type 2 dibetes, the person affected might just feel a little unwell and may also just attribute the feeling to aging in general. Luckily, pre-diabetes will not automatically develop into the non-reversible form of type 2 dibetes that requires a lifetime of managing via special diabetes diets and possibly also medication (insulin). The main causes of pre diabetes are obesity in combination with pre-dabeties, both of which can be reversed by using a balanced dabeties diet combined with daily and regular exercise and possibly a change in lifestyle.

Obesity, or just overweight, is the root cause of development of insulin resistance which then often causes pre diabetes. It is important to reverse the effect of insulin resistance in order to prevent diabetes type 2 from developing and any related complications such as cardiovascular problems as well. Insulin is normally produced by our pancreas and this hormone is used when the cells release the energy from the blood glucose.

Insulin resistance means that the patient’s cells will not react with the normal speed to insulin, but much slower. This in turn means that not enough glucose is transformed into energy, and this condition leads to pre diabetes. Since the glucose is not used up properly by the cells, some of it will remain in the waste products that are sent to the liver. When the liver receives too much of this it will respond by producing more of lipids and cholesterol, something that will make the heart more prone to problems and myocardial infarcts.

The condition of insulin resistance can also lead to some serious complications. Examples here are cardiovascular problems such as metabolic syndrome and polycystic ovarian syndrome (a reproductive system disorder in women).

The correlation between pre diabetes, obesity and insulin resistance is complex. Obesity follows as a result of insulin resistance, something that will cause pre diabetes. Obesity on the other hand, makes insulin resistance even worse and the risk of developing pre-diabetes symptoms increases. Pre dibeties can lead to diabetes type 2 or to juvenile diabetes. There is not one single treatment that will work for all symptoms of insulin resistance and pre diabetes. Treatment of dibeties to some extent can be done by controlling body weight with nutraceuticals (vitamins, herbs, minerals). It is also beneficial to follow an exercise program, often as a part of a diabetes meal plan also containing specially chosen diabetes receips for controlling the weight and managing the diabetes. Regular exercise is very important as that will increase the level of insulin receptors on the cells which will allow more glucose to be transformed into energy. By exercising, your muscles will use glucose which will balance the glucose level in the blood.

Dibetic diets and diabetic receips

Using a good dibetic diet with a low amount of carbohydrates is essential for losing weight and for controlling the pancreatic insulin production. A good dibetic diet will contain foods with low GI (glycemic index), such as bread, rice, potatoes etc. The lower the GI, the less (slower) the increas of the blood sugar level after the meal. Artificial sweeteners could be used in theory for improving on the GI but as many of these contain synthetic and difficult substances, known for their carcinogenic properties. Normal sweet products like sweets, cakes etc should of course be avoided, although it may not be necessary to eliminate them entirely.

Smoking, drinking coffee etc is also recommended to avoid as the stimulants contained will increase the body’s insulin production and could possibly create hyperinsulinemia, or excessive insulin in the blood. Cortisol is also produced at a higher level with the following change to the blood glucose level and the following production of insulin.

Pre diabeties symptoms can also lead to other conditions such as symptoms of high blood pressure or high cholesterol (chlosterol) levels. It is therefore necessary to contact your doctor if any of these signs of diebeties symptoms problems occur. Diabetes symptoms

Dibetic symptoms and signs of dabeties can sometimes be vague. It's important to notice these signs of dibetes early as the condition can be stopped when in the pre dibetic phase but when developed into diabetes type 2, the disease is irreversible and can only be maintained and handled through dibetes diets and with the use of dibetic receips, exercise and a good diabetes meal plan.
